Pipes are important elements, with widespread use in machines and several devices. They can also be used with different shapes, sizes and components. However, the manufacturing work of pipes is not always simple and accurate.

The laser cutting system has been designed to combine items that assure the self-processing of pipes with the proper safety and accuracy. With a rotating plate that fastens each pipe inside the machine, the laser works on it using a flying optical system, without any external interference.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
Minimum pipe diameter (f): 20 mm*
Maximum pipe diameter (f): 150 mm*

 CUT THICKNESS
The maximum cut thickness is 6.4 mm (it depends on the alloy and material’s characteristics / properties in case of stainless steel and aluminum.)

IDENTIFICATION OF PIPE SEAM (WELD) POSITION
In case of pipes with visible, external seam, the identification of seam position can be easily programmed.

NOTE
Round and square pipes can be manufactured, along with straight profiles (as long as they do not have any bends), within the aforementioned technical specifications. If the customer requests a laser cutting process for pipes that had been previously bent or shaped, we will be able to provide an estimate cost using 3D laser cutting (in such case, the length will be limited to 3,000 mm approximately).
